Today I realized the importance of brick and mortar banks. Rafael, who is the Assistant Bank Manager, was so kind, patient and professional in dealing with us for a wire transfer. With all the wire fraud out there, I had no idea how many processes there are to wire money. He walked us through each step. Adrianna also was so wonderful in answering every question, finding out info and making us feel so welcomed. Five stars for this lovely little bank that makes me realize how important face to face banking still is.
